Hi, I’m Jess, an Accredited Practising Dietitian based here in beautiful Fremantle.
When people ask why I chose to set up my clinic in Freo, the answer is simple: I love this community. Whether it’s the weekend markets, the local coffee scene, or the FIFO families juggling long rosters, Fremantle has its own unique rhythm. I feel lucky to support people who live it every day.

One of the best parts of working in Fremantle is the chance to really connect with people. I’m not just here for a one-off appointment. I’m here to walk alongside you. Our first session is all about getting to know you: your lifestyle, your goals, your relationship with food. From there, we’ll come up with a plan that’s flexible, realistic, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in strict meal plans or cutting out everything you enjoy. Instead, we focus on small, sustainable changes that make a real difference over time.
