IBS and digestive health
Struggling with Digestive Symptoms That Disrupt Your Life?
Do you experience abdominal bloating or distension, pain, unpredictable or urgent bowel movements, or excessive flatulence?
You’re not alone - many people also report symptoms like brain fog, low energy, reflux, or just a general feeling of being unwell.
But here’s the thing: you don’t have to live like this.
Do any of these sound familiar?
Loose or diarrhoea-type bowel motions, often urgent
Constant bloating that makes you feel (and look) 6 months pregnant
Significant discomfort or pain that interferes with daily life, sometimes even sending you home from work or school
Anxiety about being far from a toilet, or needing to know where the nearest one is at all times
Feeling like you can’t trust any food- anything you eat seems to trigger symptoms
You've already seen your GP, done all the tests, and everything comes back “normal”, but the symptoms remain
If you’ve nodded “yes” to any of the above, I can help.

Weight concerns and body confidence
Weight, Health and Wellbeing – Personalised Nutrition Support
Weight is such a personal and complex topic. My goal is to support you in a way that aligns with your life stage, values, and health goals, without judgment, guilt, or rigid rules.
I take the time to truly understand your concerns:
What you’ve tried in the past
What worked (and what didn’t)
What matters most to you now
My Approach to Weight and Health
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method, because it doesn’t work.
Research shows that fad diets and yo-yo dieting are not sustainable. While you might see short-term weight loss, up to 95% of people regain the weight, and 60–70% gain back more than they started with. That’s not a healthy or empowering outcome.
Instead, I focus on realistic, long-term lifestyle changes that support your physical and emotional wellbeing.
Areas I Can Help With:
Weight reduction, whether it’s a little or a lot - across all life stages: in your 20s, post-pregnancy, or during perimenopause and menopause. I offer regular, tailored support based on your unique needs.
Managing a new chronic condition - such as diabetes, PCOS, or high blood pressure - where improving weight and overall health can make a big difference
Nutrition clarity- if you’re confused or overwhelmed by all the conflicting information out there, I provide science-backed, practical guidance you can trust
Sugar cravings -If sugar cravings, energy crashes, or night-time eating are getting in the way of your goals, I’ll help you unpack what’s driving them — and what you can do about it.
Low energy and skipped meals - if you feel like you’re dragging yourself through the day, we can build strategies to support steady energy and balanced eating
Low weight or poor appetite- if you're looking to gain weight in a healthy way, I can help improve your energy, appetite, and overall wellbeing
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just tired of the diet cycle, I’m here to help.
Together, we’ll focus on sustainable habits, realistic changes, and how you feel, not just what the scales say.

Heart health and cholesterol
Support for High Cholesterol – Nutrition Strategies That Work
Have you recently been diagnosed with high or elevated cholesterol?
Perhaps a family member also has high cholesterol and is on medication — and you’re wondering what you can do to reduce your own risk.
If your GP has given you the green light to try dietary changes before starting medication, this is where I can help.
Evidence-Based Support for Heart Health
My role is to take the latest, evidence-based research around cholesterol and heart health, and translate that into practical, simple strategies you can start using right away.
With the right support and consistency, many clients begin to see measurable improvements within a few months, and I’ll guide you every step of the way.

Pre diabetes and diabetes management
Have you recently been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes or told you’re in the “pre-diabetes” range?
Or maybe you’ve been living with diabetes for years and are now ready to take more control and improve your eating habits.
Wherever you’re at on your journey, I’m here to help. I’ve worked with hundreds of people managing diabetes, and this is an area I truly enjoy supporting.
You're Not Alone – and You Don't Need to Feel Overwhelmed
It can feel overwhelming and even scary when you’re first diagnosed. Many people feel anxious or unsure about what to eat, and some make big changes before they even step into the clinic. That’s totally understandable, and I am here to help.
My goal is to help you feel more at ease, informed, and confident. In fact, many clients tell me they feel more relaxed and hopeful after just one session.
